About CurviCare

Helping Indian women build healthier lives, for life.

CurviCare helps Indian women lose weight in a way that fits real life. That is the whole idea. Health advice should work inside your kitchen, your budget and your day, not fight against them.

What CurviCare is

We are a doctor-founded platform for weight, hormones and everyday nutrition, made for Indian women. Founded in 2018, we turn confusing health questions into clear, warm answers you can actually use, built around real Indian food.

At CurviCare, we believe lasting health is built through everyday habits, not short-term diets. We help Indian women create healthier lifestyles that support sustainable weight loss, hormonal health, better energy, and lifelong wellbeing.

Our story

We were started by Dr. Snehal Adsule, a doctor turned nutritionist and weight-loss coach for women. She was diagnosed with PCOS herself, and she built the approach she wished someone had given her: honest, doable, and rooted in the food Indian families already eat.

CurviCare is health help for women, by women. It was built by a woman who has faced these struggles herself, for women who are tired of being misunderstood, rushed, or shamed. Read her story

Why CurviCare exists

If your weight feels stuck, if you have been told you have PCOS or PCOD, if a thyroid problem has made things harder, or if your body changed after having a baby, you are exactly who we are here for. You are intelligent and busy, and you do not want a lecture. You want something that works.

Most diet advice asks you to give things up. We start from the opposite place. You should not have to starve, fear rice and roti, follow extreme diets, cook separate food from your family, or feel guilty every time you eat. We work with your normal Indian meals, and we change them just enough to help.

Our mission

To help one million Indian women become healthier and happier. Not through fear or crash diets, but through clear answers, real food, and warm support.

Our philosophy

Over years of coaching, some patterns come up again and again. These are observations from our own work, not medical research, and we always keep that line clear.

  • The women who succeed rarely do anything dramatic.
  • They eat a little more protein, and they do not skip meals.
  • They stop starting over every Monday.
  • Guilt, more than any food, is what quietly derails progress.
  • When change fits into the family kitchen instead of sitting outside it, it lasts.
Balanced, not banned

The CurviCare method.

Step 01

Understand before advising

We start with your body, your reports, your kitchen and your routine. No plan is written before we understand what is actually going on.

Step 02

Build the plate, not a diet

The CurviCare Plate uses rice, roti, dal and sabzi, with enough protein and fibre to keep you full and steady. Nothing exotic, nothing banned.

Step 03

Coach the habit, daily

Our main way of working with women is CurviCare Personalized Coaching, where most clients are supported day to day by our team of CurviCare nutritionists.

Teach, so it lasts

We explain things in plain language, we are clear when something is uncertain, and we never promise a magic number on the scale.
