The consultation that starts your CurviCare journey is free, so there is nothing to refund before you choose a program. When you enroll in a program, the fee, duration, and the refund and cancellation terms that apply to it are shared with you in writing before you pay.
How it works
- Your first consultation is free, with no obligation to join a program.
- Program fees, duration and applicable refund and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at enrollment, before any payment.
- If you want to cancel, pause or discuss a refund, contact our support team and we will handle it personally and promptly.
