A simple balanced Indian thali

This is not really a single recipe. It is a template you can repeat for life. A balanced thali is the CurviCare Plate in action: plenty of vegetables, a clear protein, and a sensible portion of carbs. Once you can build this, you can eat well for PCOS anywhere, from your own kitchen to a family lunch.
