Expectations on Results: Our relationship is based on coaching, educating, and truly being there for you. Feel free to ask questions and seek logic as much as you need. However, please note that understanding nutrition science takes years of learning and practice. Our team of qualified dietitians does their best to guide you, but we do not provide in-depth nutrition science education within a few weeks. Results may vary based on individual health conditions, metabolism, and lifestyle factors.

Program Commitment: You agree to follow the program diligently and take responsibility for your dietary choices.

Intellectual Property: Our diet plans, materials, and content are our intellectual property and cannot be shared or used for any other purpose.

Supplement Recommendations: We may suggest supplements, but you are not obliged to purchase them.

Data Retention: Your diet plan is stored for one month after your program ends. We cannot retrieve data beyond this period.

Payments: Full payment is required at the start of the program.

Refund Policy: We do not guarantee specific results, and payments are non-refundable.

Upgrades & Transfers: You can upgrade your program within the first week, but downgrades are not allowed. Programs can be transferred to a family member or friend under specific conditions.

Missed Appointments: If you miss an appointment, you must notify us and reschedule.

Break Policy: You can not put your program on hold more than 1 time in an 8-week program, 2 times in a 16-week program, and 3 times in a 25-week program. The duration of each break shall not exceed 7 days.

Programs can be paused in case of pregnancy or other valid medical conditions for a maximum of 1 year, provided that valid proof is submitted. The program cannot be extended beyond this period, and no refunds will be allowed in such cases.

Full Payment Requirement: All payments must be made in full at the start of the program. No part payments are accepted.

Payment Gateway Handling: CurviCare provides customers the ability to make online payments through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU Money, Google Pay, and others. All payment processing, including EMI handling, chargebacks, and refunds (where applicable), are managed by these payment gateways and the respective banks.

CurviCare’s Liability: CurviCare is not responsible for any payment failures, delays, fraudulent activities, or hacking incidents occurring during money transfers. Customers are advised to verify the security measures of their chosen payment gateway before proceeding with the transaction.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks:

In case of any payment disputes or chargebacks, customers must contact their bank or the respective payment gateway for resolution.

CurviCare can only provide the payment reference number or transaction details as proof of payment, which customers can use to escalate the matter with their bank.

CurviCare will not mediate or be held responsible for any losses arising from banking/payment gateway disputes.

Refunds & Cancellations:

All financial queries will be resolved within 14 working days, depending on the cooperation of the parties involved.

Payments once made are non-refundable as per CurviCare’s refund policy.
