You are consulting with a Nutritionist. The Information obtained during your session(s) with our nutritionist, can not replace or substitute for the services of your physitian / doctor.

This is healthcare and not a business. The money you pay is for our time, something we treat as a precious commodity. The time we invest is irreversible, hence we choose to make the most of it in our relationship with you to understand your ailments and to give you best results possible.

Our timings are from 10.00 am- 6.00 pm IST & you are requested to ask your queries (on text/call) in this timings only as our team also have their families & we do not want them to work tirelessly for us. We respect our employees & clients equally so its always better to follow these timings. If you are a non-residential client they we can set different timings based on your time zones

We will not tolerate a poor attitude, absurd, rude language and lack of respect as it becomes a seriously limiting factor in your healing and our relationship. We respect you and value you and have the same expectations from your end, so we can do what we do best. Please consider this point seriously before you decide to join.

Some ailments take longer to heal illness and weight problems develop over the years and it is unrealistic to expect a miracle in within a week or 1 month. Results may vary from person to person.

Our relationship is based on coaching educating and truly being there for you. Ask questions seek logic as much as you need to. But do not expect us to teach you nutrition science. We have qualified team of dietitian's & they do their work best. Its not possible to make you understand the diet science in few weeks which they have learned in years.

We do not force you to take any supplements, although we may make suggestions and recommendations based on what we feel is what you need and best for you.

You commit to strictly follow this program for the period as directed without cheating.

You commit to take responsibility for your own actions and understand that the dietitian can not control what you consume.

Its your sole responsibility to save/preserve your diet plans given by our dietitian's. We can save your data upto 1 month after finishing your program. After 1 month of finishing your program we can not help in getting back your diet plans.

Our diet plans, content, any material we share is our intellectual property & we reserve all the rights. You are not allowed to share any material that is provided by us to anyone neither anyone have any right to use this material for their own benefit.

Payments: You agree to make full payment at the start of the program.

We do not guarantee any kind of results. We all are aware that everyone has a different body structure and metabolism so, weight loss might happen for few and inch loss might happen for others. Curvicare does not make any claims for guarantee of weight loss and thus the payment is non-refundable. No such requests will be entertained to refund the payment.

Upgrades: A program once enrolled in, can only be upgraded within the first week from the start date. Downgrades are not allowed.

Transfers: If, for a medical or other emergent reason, you are not able to continue the program, you can transfer it to a friend or a family member without any extra cost. No multiple transfers.

Missed appointments: If you miss your appointment and do not notify us, it is your responsibility to reach out to us and reschedule your next appointment.

Refunds: Once you have paid for a program, then no refund policy applies. Due to the nature of services involved, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.

Curvicare offers the most efficient and effective diet plans for their clients & most of them have received tremendous results in terms of weight loss, inch loss, betterment of health. Though results may differ from person to person & this is just a suggestive plan and do not guarantee anything.

We all are aware that everyone has a different body structure and metabolism so, weight loss might happen for few and inch loss might happen for others. This involves a complete lifestyle change for you to have a good weight loss as weight loss does not happen overnight. If the client does not follow the plan, or still consumes junk food along with the plan, or binge eats to satisfy his cravings, Curvicare does not make any claims for guarantee of weight loss and thus the payment is non-refundable. No such requests will be entertained to refund the payment.

Cancelation of the plan can only happen before starting the services i.e. prior of sharing the diet plan from the dietitian. Cancellation (or any kind of) refund can only transfer via bank transfer within 7 working days. The Client must start the program within 1 Month from the date of making the payment. After that Company reserves the right to forfeit the amount paid by the Client.

Transfers: If, for a medical or other emergent reason including pregnancy, we can pause your program for upto 2 years or if you are not able to continue the program, you can transfer it to a friend or a family member. (Tests & diagnostic reports are mandatory in such cases)

Breaks: You can not put your program on hold more than 1 time- in 8 weeks program, 2 times- in 16 weeks program, 3 times- in 25 weeks program. The duration of the break shall not exceed than 7 days

If you are not completely satisfied with the services or diet plans, you may discontinue our services at any point of time. Having said that, being a dietetics consulting firm, we do not offer any refund if you may want to do away with our services at any given time. But we always welcome your worthy suggestions to make necessary improvisations in availing the best possible dietetics and nutrition-related services to our clients.
